Cancellation Policy

Tru` Salon values your time and consideration for others. As such, we have a no show policy in place to ensure fair appointment scheduling for all clients. Please note the following:

1. We require a deposit to secure your appointment.
2. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
3. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without proper notice will result in the lost of your deposit.
4. There is a 15 minute grace period from the original scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment is automatically canceled and the no show fee will be charged.
